Andrey helped with electrical side of our outdoor pergola (wiring, lights, fan installation, blinds). Job was done exceptionally well and with a good quality. Andrey was professional, on time and recommended on best options to go with. His attitude was very respectful. He bought his foot coverings (i often have to ask trades people to do this) and laid down clean tarps. He also communicated well so i knew what was being done and when. Andrey was referred by my real estate agent as I received an expensive quote from my compliance check company, and wanted a second opinion. Andrey listened carefully to my concerns, offered to have a look at the compliance report, stopped by my property to inspect, and recommended approaches to fix up the non-compliant issues (main switchboard upgrade and relocation of wires re the light switches in the laundry & bathroom). Andrey was super helpful, explained all the steps involved, offered a reasonable quote and provided a compliance certificate. He even provided photos of the jobs done, so I could see what have been done as the tenants are living in the property now. I am very grateful for Andrey's professionalism, thoughtfulness (minimise damage to door frames due to rewiring), and helpfulness. As a result my investment property is now electricity compliant. What's more, he has also helped me saved a few hundred dollars, compared to what my compliance company would have charged me for fixing the non-compliant items and for amending the compliance certificate!
